w4444 Terms & Conditions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the w4444 website, mobile site, applications, and all associated services available at w4444.io.
• "Player" / "Account Holder" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the w4444 platform.
• "Account Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's w4444 wallet, including deposited funds and credited bonuses subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are free of any wagering requirement and are immediately available for withdrawal, subject to verification.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to an account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it qualifies for withdrawal.
• "Bangladeshi Taka" / "BDT" / "৳" means the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, used as the functional currency for all transactions on w4444.
• "Mobile Financial Services" or "MFS" means payment platforms including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and equivalent digital wallet services operating in Bangladesh.

By accessing or using any part of the w4444 platform — including browsing the website without registration, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not previously had an account on w4444 closed, suspended, or self-excluded.

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method.

You are permitted to hold only one active account on w4444. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, w4444 will close all but the original account and may forfeit any balances held across the duplicate accounts.

• Notify w4444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details (email address, phone number) up to date at all times.

• Do not use a shared, public, or otherwise insecure device to access your w4444 account.

All financial transactions on w4444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). w4444 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be made available at w4444's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time, typically within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. w4444 does not charge a platform fee on deposits made via supported MFS channels, though your MFS provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed after successful identity verification. For fully verified accounts, funds are typically transferred to the designated MFS wallet within 2–5 minutes of the request being approved. Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into the same account.

• w4444 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal, including national ID (NID), proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address.
• Accounts with pending responsible gaming limits, active investigations, or unresolved disputes may have withdrawals temporarily held pending resolution.
• w4444 does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods or accounts not registered in your own name.
• Any deposit made in error must be reported to support immediately. w4444 will not be liable for funds deposited to the wrong account due to an error on the part of the depositor.

w4444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all w4444 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

w4444 may run seasonal promotions tied to events of cultural significance in Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). Specific terms for these promotions will be communicated via the platform at the time of the promotion.

All bets placed on the w4444 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game, sport, or betting market, in addition to the general rules set out in this section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

Sports Betting: Bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets are subject to the specific market rules communicated at the time of wagering. w4444 covers domestic and international cricket including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. All bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled or amended by the Player after placement, except where w4444's specific market rules permit in-play cash-out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w4444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Creating, operating, or accessing more than one w4444 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at w4444 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w4444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, opportunity, revenue, or profit arising from any technical failure, system downtime, or service interruption.
• Any damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your login credentials.

w4444 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will use reasonable endeavours to restore service following any unplanned outage as quickly as possible.

w4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time upon request.
• Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.
• Account inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• At the player's own request — including self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to any applicable verification requirements. Bonus Balances that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Players who have set a self-exclusion period may not request account reopening until the self-exclusion period has expired.

• Step 3 — Independent Review: If the matter remains unresolved following escalation, w4444 will cooperate with any independent review process available under applicable regulations.

While your dispute is under review, normal account functionality may be restricted to preserve the integrity of the investigation. w4444 is committed to resolving all genuine disputes fairly and transparently.
